Before jumping into the solution mode, I conducted an initial assessment to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project's context. During this phase, I analyzed the following aspects:
1. Evaluate Website Usability
Identifying any deficiencies in user flows, usability concerns, and logical inconsistencies.
2. Analyze the Website UI Design
Evaluating the redesigned website against the 10 established heuristic principles to identify any potential deviations.
3. Inspect Received Figma File
Ensuring the consistency and coherence of design components across the Figma files.

3. Inconsistent UI
Design inconsistencies, spanning fonts, colors, spacing, and differing UI styles across various modules with similar functions, resulted in a lack of visual consistency.

Absence of a component based library with reusable design components for a more efficient process.

Product Architecture & Wireframes
I began drafting the primary technical workflows for both developers and the product team, taking into account all potential edge cases and errors. Once the informational architecture received approval, I proceeded to create the wireframes.
This approach helped us detect and resolve UX issues early while aligning with Magento platform constraints, leading to faster stakeholder approvals.
Prototyping
After finalizing the wireframes, I started to create a component-based UI kit based on the principles of atomic design methodology. This approach significantly streamlined the design process. Afterward, I proceeded to design the prototypes.
