A eco-friendly e-commerce platform offering sustainably sourced and ethically produced jewelry.
Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Collaborated with BAs, PMs, and stakeholders to deeply understand the product's ecosystem.
• Designed and presented intermediary wireframes/Prototypes to stakeholders so to align on key priorities for product development at 100% success rate.
• Developed a Figma UI-kit I used building the website, which increased design speed by ~75% and reducing design inconsistencies.
• Following the launch of the MVI website, accomplished a notable 33% increase in website session duration, a substantial 43% growth in new customer acquisition, and an impressive 21% boost in conversion rates.
• By analyzing Google Analytics data, reviewing Hotjar session recordings, and executing usability tests, I identified areas for improvement in our Product Detail Pages (PDP), Product Listing Pages (PLP), and PLP filters.
After redesigning:
-Experienced a decreased drop-off rate.
-Achieved a 41% increase in average time spent on the website.
-Notably improved the conversion rate by 9%.
